Payment Policies – 2026/2027 Season

• Payment may be made by credit card or e-transfer.

• Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. Credit card auto-pay is processed on the 25th of the previous month.

• 30 days written notice is required for any class changes or cancellations after October 1st, 2026.

• No withdrawals or refunds will be permitted after March 1st, 2027. At that time dancers are committed to the remainder of the season.

• Late or NSF payments will incur a $25 fee every 10 days and will be strictly enforced.

• Cancelled classes due to weather, studio closures, or competition schedules are not refunded.

• Our dance season runs approximately 28–30 weeks depending on the class or program.

• Tuition is pro-rated into 10 equal monthly payments for convenience and does not reflect the exact number of classes in a given month.

• Private lesson fees are separate from regular class tuition. Please contact the office for current rates and availability.
